Pick a time and send a request
Choose a free slot and review the price. To send the request, you pay a 10% platform fee online.
The salon answers
It confirms your time, suggests another one for you to accept, or declines. You get a notification when it replies.
Visit the salon
Show your booking code, get your cut, and pay the rest at the salon. Afterwards, you can leave a review.

What is the platform fee?
It's 10% of your booking's price, paid online when you send the request. You pay the rest at the salon. Review & Request shows both amounts before you pay.
If you hold a SalonGo coupon, it comes off the platform fee.
When do I get my money back?
The platform fee is refunded in full, automatically, if the salon declines or cancels, if the request expires without an answer, or if you cancel. It goes back to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

How do I cancel or reschedule?
Open the booking from Appointments. You can cancel it, accept a time the salon suggests, or pick a new time. A new time goes to the salon to confirm.
Where can I use SalonGo?
SalonGo shows salons by area, and more areas open as salons join. Pick your area in the app, such as Koramangala in Bengaluru, to see the salons near you.
